LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE & SDVOB subcontractors/vendors for the single prime project: Provide Testing Laboratory, Building 14 DOT Region 1 Project. This project has a Project Labor Agreement associated with it – please review the Project Labor Agreement requirements in the Project Manual. The overall project budget indicated in the project manual is $150,000,000 - $200,000,000. The project is new construction and the scope of work includes but is not limited to: cast in place concrete, structural & misc. steel, masonry, metal wall panels, roofing, storefronts/curtainwalls & glass/glazing, doors & hardware, coatings & painting, signage, specialties, lab equipment & casework, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, geothermal, electrical (audio video, data/communications, access control, fire alarm etc.), sitework, asphalt paving, curbing & sidewalks, landscaping etc. as indicated on the documents. Overall MWBE Goal of 30% - MBE Goal: 15%, WBE: 15%, SDVOB – 6.5% Bids are due on April 13th, 2026 by 2:00 p.m to LeChase Construction.
