Citywide Professional Services

The City of Lago Vista is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call and project-specific services in areas including engineering, planning, surveying, geotechnical, landscape architecture, and related professional disciplines. The selected firms will partner with the City to deliver efficient, resilient, and high-quality public infrastructure and services. The scope of work includes feasibility and master planning, design development and construction documentation, plan review for public and private projects, coordination with state and regional agencies, public engagement and presentation support, construction phase services, inspections, and reporting. • The City is looking for firms with experience in transportation engineering, water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure, testing and geotechnical services, surveying and mapping, land acquisition, planning services, plan review services, landscape architecture, submittal review and peer evaluation, certified electrician services, and architectural services. • The City intends to select two to three firms per category for a term of two years, with the option to renew based on performance and ongoing needs. • The City will evaluate responses based on criteria such as firm experience and project history, key personnel qualifications and availability, understanding of municipal needs and approach, past performance and references, local presence and knowledge of the Central Texas region, and completeness and quality of submittal.
