Springtree WTP Improvements Phase 2 - Nanofiltration Treatment Expansion

The City of Sunrise is seeking a contractor to expand the Springtree Water Treatment Plant (WTP) by adding a second nanofiltration membrane treatment unit with a capacity of 1.7‑mgd. The work includes connecting to an existing raw water main, installing a third Biscayne Aquifer raw water feed pump (matching existing units), delivering modular skid‑mounted equipment, sand strainer, cartridge filters, degasifier, sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid tanks, and all associated electrical, instrumentation, and control components. The project must comply with all provided drawings, specifications, and bid documents. • Install a 1.7‑mgd nanofiltration membrane unit and associated process equipment. • Add a third raw‑water feed pump matching existing models. • Provide all required piping, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems. • Perform construction in accordance with detailed drawings and specifications.
