The Escambia County Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to replace existing carpet and rubber base throughout its main office building with specified commercial‑grade vinyl plank flooring, install new wall base, and ensure all work complies with ADA, OSHA, and manufacturer warranties. The project must be performed while the building remains operational, coordinated with pest‑control schedules, and limited to normal business hours. Bidders must attend a mandatory site‑visit on February 18, 2026 and sign in to be eligible. All costs—including materials, labor, delivery, disposal, and permits—must be included in a single fixed‑price bid; the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
