Description
The Town of North Kingstown is seeking a vendor to supply, transport, and off‑load liquid caustic soda (50 % NaOH) for its water‑treatment wells. The contractor must meet strict chemical purity specifications, deliver to nine well sites (six 750‑gal tanks, one site with two 405‑gal tanks, two sites with two 750‑gal tanks), and start deliveries before 10 a.m. on each scheduled day. Deliveries are expected bi‑weekly, ranging from 1,500 to 5,000 gal per visit, with a required one‑quart sample for visual inspection. The bid must include price per gallon (firm through June 30 2026), insurance certificates, a W‑9, and bonding equal to 100 % of the contract price.
