Purchase of HazMat Response Equipment

The City of Clermont is seeking competitive sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of various Hazardous Materials (HazMat) response equipment, rescue systems, training equipment, and related accessories for use by the Clermont Fire Department. The equipment will support hazardous materials response operations, technical rescue activities, responder safety, and ongoing HazMat training initiatives. Key requirements include: * Providing all equipment, accessories, documentation, and related components necessary to provide complete and operational products meeting the specifications outlined in the solicitation. * Ensuring all equipment is new, unused, and of current manufacture. * Delivering all equipment to the designated location within 50 calendar days from the issuance date of the purchase order. * Providing product support via online, telephone, and email for troubleshooting assistance and product guidance. * Complying with all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations that may affect the services offered.
