The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting for SIMS Pump Valve Company, Inc. Seawater Pump Impeller and Casing Rings. The requirement is sole sourced to SIMS Pump Valve Company, Inc. due to proprietary information and no authorized distributors. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination.
