The Air Force is seeking a single track‑less municipal sidewalk snow‑blower (or a functionally equivalent unit) to be delivered FOB Destination to Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska. The equipment must meet an extensive list of technical specifications—including a 51‑in. Sierra snow‑blower, rear salt/sand spreader, heated cab, PTO, and numerous safety and convenience features—and may include an optional five‑year manufacturer’s warranty. This is a small‑business‑only, firm‑fixed‑price solicitation with an unfunded status, meaning the award will occur only if/when appropriations become available. Offers must be all‑inclusive, valid through 30 September 2026, and must include a mandatory delivery date.
