Description
The SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking a vendor to provide an air monitor system, including various components such as an alpha beta continuous air monitor, FSLW membrane filter card, and other accessories. The system should have a high detection efficiency for both alpha and beta particles and provide good sensitivity for low energy beta detection. The vendor should also provide on-site installation and support, as well as introductory customer support. The laboratory is looking for a fixed price basis, and the payment terms will be NET-30. The freight terms will be FOB Destination Prepaid and Add.
• The air monitor system should have a remote head, dual detector, and fixed filter.
• The system should have automated checks for calibration, gain, and efficiency.
• The system should be able to calibrate in-house.
• The vendor should provide a price and lead time quotation by COB 5/18/2026.
• The vendor should include the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS Code) if applicable.
• The vendor should register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
