Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for the renewal of Emite reporting software. The contract term is 12 months, from January 19, 2026, to January 18, 2027. The software must meet the operating requirements of the using department, and the bidder must be an authorized distributor, reseller, or service provider for the products and services offered. The bid must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services. The County reserves the right to cancel the agreement if delivery or services prove unsatisfactory.
• The bidder must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments.
• The bidder must meet the operating requirements of the using department.
• The software offered must be new, unused, and current models.
• The bidder must accept for credit any merchandise returned in good condition within five days after receipt of goods without any handling charges.
