City of Ogdensburg Pool, Bathhouse & Splashpad Project

The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of materials, equipment, tools,labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents to complete the work listed with this requestand generally described as follows:The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials,tools, and equipment necessary to demolish existing concrete and vegetation within the limitsof work. The project also includes the installation of new concrete walkways and concretepads, new drainage piping and drainage structures, and the construction of a new pool with abeach-style entrance, along with all other associated work. This project further includes theremodeling of the existing bathhouse. The scope of work includes improvements required byapplicable codes, including the relocation of life safety elements and modifications necessaryto achieve ADA-compliant toilet rooms. Other bathhouse work includes, but is not limited to,refinishing of walls, floors, and ceilings; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades;bathroom fixture upgrades; and window and door replacements, along with all other associatedwork.
