Description
The City of Syracuse is soliciting bids for the design‑build construction of a new splash pad and a concession building at Homer Wheaton Park. The scope includes demolition of existing pavement and structures, site grading, utility trenching, installation of concrete pad, structural stone pad, flagpole, electrical and plumbing services, landscaping, and final asphalt paving.
