Philadelphia International Airport is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate Taxiway K between Taxiways Y and Z. The work includes mill‑and‑overlay of asphalt pavement, installation of new LED taxiway lighting, utility relocation, erosion‑control measures, and associated civil‑electrical tasks. The project is invitation‑only, with a bid opening scheduled for late October 2026 and an anticipated construction period of roughly three months.
• Scope: Asphalt milling (2.5‑in, 6‑in, 8‑in depths), resurfacing, new LED centerline and edge lights, electrical conduit and cable replacement, and full compliance with FAA and City of Philadelphia standards.
