Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source, supply-type purchase order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) SIMS Pump Valve Company for the procurement of centrifugal pumps. The required parts include an impeller and casing rings to rebuild central seawater cooling pumps. The OEM is the only source for these parts due to the criticality of the equipment and the lack of technical data and engineering authority to certify non-OEM components.
