Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified bidder to construct a Maintenance/Mechanics Building. The project involves building a pre-engineered metal structure with insulation, concrete floor, aprons, finished office space, ADA rest rooms, mezzanine, MEP, and engineered site prep and finish grading. The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination, and must provide quality management oversight. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the best offer, and the contract period will be valid for 90 days from bid opening.
Some key requirements and scope of work include:
• Constructing a 132' wide x 55' deep x 18' 5" eave height pre-engineered metal structure with insulation
• Providing concrete floor, aprons, finished office space, ADA rest rooms, mezzanine, MEP, and engineered site prep and finish grading
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to nondiscrimination
• Providing quality management oversight
• Submitting all necessary exhibits and documents, including a bid form, certificate of insurance, and affidavit of lawful presence
