Stantonsburg 2022 CDBG-NR Project Request for Bid Proposals for New Modular Homes

The Town of Stantonsburg is seeking bid proposals for the provision and installation of two new modular homes built to the state building code. The project is funded by a federal 2019 CDBG-NR grant of $1,562,500. The town intends to select one firm for each modular manufactured type home based on the lowest responsible proposal. The contract will be awarded separately for each modular home. The town encourages small, minority, and/or women-owned businesses, as well as Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) and Section 3 businesses, to submit bids. Key aspects of the project include: • Provision and installation of two new modular homes • Compliance with state building code and federal CDBG requirements • Encouragement of small, minority, and/or women-owned businesses and HUB participation • Contract award based on lowest responsible proposal • Separate contract award for each modular home
