Description
The University of Arizona seeks a vendor to supply and install heavy‑duty temporary flooring protection for its synthetic football field and track apron for commencement ceremonies, with annual one‑day installation and removal. The contract includes both rental and purchase options, requires ADA‑compliant edge ramps, expansion gap coverings, and full compliance with OSHA, Section 508, and other regulations. The vendor must manage all logistics, provide detailed technical documentation, and be capable of supporting a three‑year base term (May 2027‑May 2031) with two optional one‑year extensions.
• Approx. 50,000 sq ft of protective flooring needed; must protect surface for 7‑10 days of continuous use.
• Mandatory one‑day installation (first Friday in May) and removal (following Saturday) each year.
