Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to strip the lead paint off the ceiling of Building 98 at the Defense Supply Center Richmond. The contractor will be required to provide a Site-Specific Safety Plan, OSHA 300A Logs, Activity Hazard Analyses, and Quality Control Plan. The contractor will also be required to conduct daily inspections, provide daily reports, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements. The project duration is 90 days, and the contractor will be required to provide a one-year written warranty letter along with any other warranties for the project.
