Third Party Specialty Instruments & Scope Repair

The University of Texas at Austin is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to perform work related to Third Party Specialty Instruments & Scope Repair. The university is seeking a vendor to provide repair services for specialty instruments and scopes. The scope of work includes the repair of arthroscopes, bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, endoscopes, proctoscopes, and other related equipment. • The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the repairs. • The vendor will be required to submit a technical proposal, excluding pricing information, as part of their response to the RFP. • The vendor will be required to provide a pricing and delivery signature page and vendor proposal as part of their response to the RFP. • The university reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the vendor during the evaluation process.
