Industry Day - Repair AMSA/ECS - Arden Hills ARC, MN

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is seeking a design-build contractor to repair the Area Maintenance Support Activity/Equipment Concentration Site (AMSA/ECS) vehicle maintenance facility at the Arden Hills Army Reserve Center in Minnesota. The project includes repairing failing facility components, extending the economic life of the facility by 25 years, and providing a modern maintenance facility. The scope of work includes removing the paint booth and welding area, reconfiguring the area to compliant work bays, and installing a 10T crane with a 20 ft hook-height. The project also includes raising the roof over a portion of the building, repairing the exterior facade, and removing hazardous materials. • The project delivery method is design-build, and the procurement method is best value trade-off. • The estimated construction duration is 800 days. • The stakeholder is the 88th Readiness Division and ARIMD. • The scheduled milestones include advertising the solicitation in April 2026, source selection evaluation in July 2026, discussions in August 2026, contract award in September 2026, construction start in October 2025, and construction completion in April 2028.
