The State of Alabama, through its Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, is seeking an all‑or‑none contractor to provide septic tank, grease‑trap, and pit‑toilet cleaning services at Desoto State Park (1299 Blalock Drive NE, Ft. Payne, AL 35967). Tank sizes are unknown and many units are custom‑built, so a site visit is encouraged to assess conditions and confirm scope. The contract will be initially valid from 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027 with the possibility of annual renewals for up to five years, provided the cumulative contract value never exceeds $25,000.
