Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is seeking contractors for a Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Multiple-Award Task-Order Contract (DB-DBB MATOC) to support U.S. Defense Forces in Bulgaria, Albania, and Kosovo. The contract will have a five-year ordering period with a maximum capacity of $49M shared amongst the awardees. The work may include new building construction, general building repair and renovation, road and pavement repair, general environmental, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, and environmental remedial work.
• The DB-DBB MATOC will be used for construction projects in Bulgaria, Kosovo, and Albania.
• The contract will have a five-year ordering period with a maximum capacity of $49M.
• The work may include a variety of construction and repair projects, including new building construction, general building repair and renovation, and environmental remedial work.
• The source selection will use the two-phase design-build and tradeoff procedures of FAR 15, FAR 16.5, FAR 36.3, and other regulations and supplements.
• A company must be registered and active in SAM to be considered for contract award.
