The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for phase 1 of the 2023-098M23 - Repair Building 118 Chiller, Building 035 Water Softener and Condensate Pump (Phase 1 of 3) project. The project includes replacing boiler feed water pumps, instrument air compressors, and domestic water softeners in Building 035 / Central Heating Plant. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State. • The project requires a licensed general contractor with an Unlimited Commercial Building A license with the Pueblo Regional Building Department. • The project has a mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour. • The project has a tentative schedule with an anticipated construction start date of 01/20/2026 and an anticipated construction finish date of 12/01/2026.
