Description
The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified consultant to provide bilingual/dual‑language and ESL leadership coaching for elementary‑level principals and staff, aimed at improving outcomes for Multilingual Learners. The consultant will conduct instructional walkthroughs, develop strategic improvement plans, deliver professional development, and supply an implementation schedule, all under a fixed‑fee and daily‑rate contract that runs through June 30 2027.
• Scope includes coaching administrators on bilingual, dual‑language, and ESL instructional models and fostering culturally responsive environments.
• Required deliverables: walkthroughs, reflective practice facilitation, strategic planning assistance, communication and collaboration coaching, and staff training aligned with district goals.
• Vendor must meet extensive qualifications (≥5 years NJ public‑school experience, insurance, background checks, and a full suite of compliance forms).
