Roadway – Polaris Parkway – Gemini Place To South Old State

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service is receiving bids for construction services for the Roadway - Polaris Parkway - Gemini Place to South Old State Road project. The project involves widening of northbound Polaris Parkway to three lanes and southbound Polaris Parkway to three lanes, as well as widening of eastbound Antares Avenue to four lanes. The work includes full depth pavement widening, resurfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, drive reconstructions, new storm sewer, ditches, and culverts, updated lighting, a new signal at the intersection of Polaris Parkway and Antares Avenue, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract. • The project requires bidders to submit their bids only at www.bidexpress.com. • Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. • Vendors must register on the Vendor Services portal before doing business with the City of Columbus. • Vendors must be contract compliant in order to do business with the City of Columbus.
