Description
The United States Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Bamajack, LLC for low-speed vehicle maintenance and repair services at Eglin AFB. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. The contractor must provide a mobile mechanic within a 60-mile radius of the work locations and have an understanding of basic manufacturing procedures for safely operating the vehicles being serviced.
• The contractor must provide a written maintenance plan for each piece of equipment after initial inspection.
• The contractor must provide periodic maintenance inspections and emergency repair services as needed.
• The contractor must source and provide any necessary parts and fluids for repair.
• The contractor must provide a written service report to the COR after each monthly service.
• The Government will provide uninterrupted access to the vehicles or equipment and a safe, covered location for maintenance and repairs.
