The County of Morrow is awarding a one‑year sole‑source contract to JB Reward Systems to conduct a comprehensive compensation study. The study will benchmark Morrow County’s salary structure and compensation practices against external labor markets in the Northwest, delivering analysis and recommendations to help the county align its pay scales with market conditions.
