Fricker Resource Center Renovation

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for the renovation of the Fricker Resource Center. The project includes selective demolition, renovation of existing areas, and building additions, as well as improvements to the kitchen, accessibility, and technology infrastructure. The project is funded through multiple grant sources, including CDBG-DR and MPCF, each with separate scopes of work and completion deadlines.
