2025 HOLLY RIDGE EFFLUENT FORCE MAIN MODIFICATION PROJECT

The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA) is seeking bids for the 2025 Holly Ridge Effluent Force Main Modification Project. The project involves relocating approximately 300 linear feet of existing 8-inch effluent force main to avoid conflicts with future Duke Energy transmission infrastructure construction. The project is located near the terminus of Hines Stump House Church Road in Holly Ridge, NC. NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit proposals. Each bid must be accompanied by a cash or certified check or a bid bond in the form prescribed in N.C. G.
