FY26 HARLINGEN PLACEMENT AREA (PA)13 AND 10 IMPROVEMENTS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking contractors to perform a series of civil‑engineering improvements at the Harlingen Placement Area (PA)13 and PA10. Work includes clearing and grubbing of existing dikes, repairing the drop‑inlet structure, constructing a splash pad for the drop‑inlet, and building a semi‑compacted containment dike. This project focuses on habitat restoration and flood control enhancements. • Clear and grub existing earthen dikes to prepare for new construction. • Repair existing drop‑inlet structure and install a splash pad for water flow control. • Construct a new semi‑compacted containment dike to improve water retention. • All work must comply with USACE engineering specifications and environmental regulations.
