Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking quotes for the provision of 7920 feet of 15-inch diameter 80 PSI PIP pipe and 9 of 15-inch diameter clover valves for the Yomba Irrigation Project. The project is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the quoted solution with an active SAM.gov profile. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.
• The contractor must deliver the materials to the diversion site located approximately 6 miles south of Yomba Shoshone Tribal headquarters, along Lone Road (NV-21).
• The contractor must provide a final invoice, designated as such by a clear statement of “FINAL INVOICE” on the face of the invoice document, within sixty calendar days of product acceptance and/or completion of services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulations (DIAR) clauses.
• The contractor must submit a signed and completed copy of the attached IEE Representation Form and DIAR 1452.280-4 with their quote.
