Funding is available across multiple services categories and is supported through County, Social Services for the Homeless State and State Reentry FY25 grant funds for 10-months from March 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with a (1) one-year option to extend from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027.Total Office on Homeless Services County and State Grant Funding Available: $323,254County-Funded Homeless Services:1.
