FY26 Administration, Admin. SVS and Parks & Rec Breakroom Cabinet and Countertop Project

The City of Sandy is seeking a contractor to provide and install new cabinetry and countertops for three separate breakroom remodels. The project includes supplying and installing new base and upper laminate cabinets, countertops, and providing all necessary blocking, fasteners, and hardware for proper installation. The contractor must also perform site cleanup and disposal of all construction debris. The project is expected to start on December 1, 2025, and be substantially completed by January 16, 2025. • The project includes three separate breakroom locations: Administration, Administrative Services, and Parks and Recreation. • The contractor must provide separate pricing for each location and include estimated lead times for materials and installation duration. • The contractor must also provide contact information for at least two commercial projects of similar scope and complexity completed within the last five years. • The project must comply with applicable building codes and ADA standards. • A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held to review all three breakroom locations and verify existing conditions.
