Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is seeking bids for the supply of various manufacturing parts and materials to support its manufacturing and laundry plants. The contract will be awarded by manufacturer brand for each lot, with nine separate product categories. Bids must be submitted electronically, and all bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the solicitation due date no later than the solicitation due time.
• The nine product categories include industrial sewing machines and related sewing machinery, sewing machine parts and consumables, apparel production tools, apparel production materials, industrial laundry equipment parts, mattress production materials, printing press equipment parts and materials, license plate equipment parts, and metal fabrication equipment parts.
• The contract duration is 2 years with 3 possible 1-year renewals.
• The solicitation start date is 06/04/26, and the solicitation due date is 06/25/26.
• Bidders must register to respond to the solicitation and must answer two mandatory questions.
• Bidders can submit questions and attachments through the PA Supplier Portal.
