Description
The U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center – Crane Division requires a sole‑source vendor to deliver four on‑site training courses (OPUS10 Basic, OPUS10 Advanced, SIMLOX Basic, SIMLOX Advanced) for its civilian workforce. Each 3‑day course will accommodate 4‑10 participants, be held at the NSWC Crane training facility, and must be completed by 01 Sep 2027. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, funded, with a one‑year performance period starting upon award. The vendor must provide instructors, training materials, temporary software licenses, and invoice within 10 business days after each course.
• Four distinct courses (basic & advanced for OPUS10 and SIMLOX)
• Up to ten participants per class; minimum four required, otherwise rescheduled or cancelled
• On‑site delivery at NSWC Crane, normal business hours (0800‑1600)
