Lift Station No. 6 Mitigation

The City of Dania Beach is seeking qualified contractors to perform the demolition and full replacement of Lift Station No. 6. The project includes the installation of a new submersible lift station, electrical and control systems, emergency generator, associated piping, and complete site restoration. The project is funded through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant Program and aims to increase system resilience and improve operational reliability. Key aspects of the project include: • Demolition of the existing submersible lift station • Installation of a new submersible lift station with valve vault • Installation of flow meter vault assembly • Installation of force main and gravity sewer • Electrical and control system installation • Emergency generator installation • Site restoration, including fencing and landscaping The City is looking for a qualified contractor who can complete the project in a timely and satisfactory manner. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
