FAA-Certified (Pt. 141) Flight Instruction in Fixed-Wing and/or Rotor-Wing Flight Instruction for US

Texas State University is seeking one or more FAA‑Part 141 certified flight schools to provide both fixed‑wing and rotor‑wing pilot training for its students. The contractor must supply aircraft, qualified instructors, curriculum, maintenance, and extensive reporting while complying with university branding rules, safety, background‑check, and insurance requirements.
