Parrish Placemaking Project

The County seeks a contractor to deliver a turnkey placemaking graphics program within the Parrish TIF area. The scope includes field verification, graphic design, production‑ready artwork, fabrication, printing, mounting hardware, delivery, installation, traffic‑control coordination, required permits, final inspection, cleanup, warranties, and close‑out documentation. Work covers both light‑pole banner assemblies and exterior vinyl wraps for designated traffic signal cabinets. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, lifts, tools, materials, consumables, transportation, licenses, temporary traffic‑control devices, and incidental items needed to meet all applicable codes, standards, and County requirements. • Design and produce custom banners and vinyl wraps for traffic signal cabinets. • Provide full installation services, including traffic‑control coordination and permitting. • Deliver final inspection, warranty documentation, and project close‑out reports.
