GloMax(R) Discover System and Dual Injectors with Pumps

The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate with Promega Corporation for the acquisition of a GloMax(R) Discover System and Dual Injectors with Pumps. This is a sole source requirement, and the statutory authority for this is 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The acquisition is associated with research investigations central to the mission of the Clinical Center and the NIH. • The requirement is for a specific system and equipment, GloMax(R) Discover System and Dual Injectors with Pumps. • The acquisition is associated with time-sensitive experiments, and failure to fulfill the order would jeopardize these experiments and waste already-invested funds. • Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government.
