Historic Courthouse Furniture

The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and installation of commercial-grade furniture for the County's Historic Courthouse. The furniture will support courtroom operations, public access, and administrative functions. The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and services necessary to complete the project. The project includes the provision of high-quality, durable furniture that meets the design, function, and ergonomic requirements of a courthouse environment. • The furniture must meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. • Finishes, materials, and designs must match courthouse aesthetics and durability standards. • ADA compliance is required where applicable. • Fire-retardant materials must meet applicable building/fire codes. • The vendor must provide product samples or showroom access upon request. • The vendor must have proven experience in furnishing public or government facilities. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to complete similar courthouse or institutional furniture projects.
