Shawangunk Valley Firehouse Expansion

With grant funding from the New York State Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, the Shawangunk Valley Fire District (SVFD) is excited to embark on a building renovation to allow room for additional emergency response apparatus, storage of medical supplies, and a gym/training facility for members, as well as a building exhaust system. The District is seeking construction services and materials for the expansion of the Shawangunk Valley Firehouse as shown in the Bid Documents. We are seeking four multiple prime contractors for General Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. Selection criteria will include: cost, experience, references, and work schedule. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required. The first one has been scheduled for Friday, March 20th at 2PM.
