Construction Manager as General Contractor Services for Public Safety Building Renovations

The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking a Construction Manager as General Contractor to provide preconstruction services and construct renovations to the existing Public Safety Building. The renovations will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades, interior alterations, and exterior shell maintenance and replacement. The estimated construction budget for this project is $4,500,000. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing preconstruction services to assist the City and the design team with review and selection of the final scope of work.
