#10 STANDARD WHITE WINDOW ENVELOPES

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide 200,000 #10 standard white window envelopes with security tint. The envelopes must have a die-cut window, be constructed with an open side and side seams, and have a fully gummed flap. The contractor must also provide a digital proof of the envelope and ensure that the printing is in accordance with USPS regulations.
