Mid-Wilshire Medical Office Building Seismic and Program Improvements (BP09E - Painting)

The University of California, Los Angeles is seeking bids for a lump sum subcontract for painting work on the MID-WILSHIRE MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING SEISMIC AND PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS project. The project includes seismic improvements and interior tenant improvements on floors 1-3 of the 5-story medical office building. The successful bidder will be required to sign a subcontract agreement with Swinerton Builders, the CM at Risk contractor.
