PATROL BOAT WITH OUTBOARD ENGINE AND TRAILER

Winnebago County is seeking a contractor to provide a Boston Whaler 210 Guardian Patrol Boat, outboard engine, and trailer (or equivalent). The contractor must provide a Certificate of Insurance meeting County requirements and sign a standard County contract within 10 days after award. The proposal must include the boat manufacturer, model, and specs, engine manufacturer, model, and specs, trailer manufacturer, model, and specs, warranty information, anticipated delivery date, and payment terms. The evaluation criteria include patrol boat, engine, and trailer technical specs, value of optional equipment, experience, references, anticipated delivery date, and cost. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor whose proposal is most advantageous with price and other factors. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local codes and obtain necessary permits. • The County reserves the right to cancel the order for failure of the successful contractor to comply with the terms, conditions, or requirements of the RFP. • The contractor must provide a list of projects completed in the past five years that are similar to this project, including the name and description of the project, project owner, contract amount, and date of completion.
