The Webb County Community Action Agency Self-Help Center is seeking bids for the demolition and removal of existing mobile home units and installation of five new mobile home units. The purpose of this assistance is to provide a decent, safe, and sanitary housing environment for residents. The project includes the demolition of existing mobile homes and the installation of new mobile home units that meet the specifications required for each unit. The contractor will be responsible for providing a unit price for each item in the bid, including overhead costs. The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest/best bid. • The project locations include colonias of El Cenizo and Rio Bravo, TX. • The contractor must comply with all provisions of the ITB, including the insurance requirements and bid bond requirements. • The contractor must provide a bid security for five (5%) percent of the total bid amount. • The contractor must submit a bid proposal that includes all required documents and information.
