Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to award a firm-fixed priced contract to Luminex Corporation for the procurement of a service maintenance agreement for Luminex laboratory instruments. The contract will provide maintenance and service for the Luminex 200 System, including unlimited service visits, emergency assistance, preventative maintenance, and priority scheduling for service requests. The contractor will also provide periodic software updates and modifications, telephone and online support, and on-site response time in 2 business days. The contract will be for a base year with two option years.
