The City of Rincon Police Department is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, deliver, and install a 48 × 60 ft modular office building to serve as a new police facility. The building must meet detailed construction, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, accessibility, and finish specifications, including ADA‑compliant restrooms, interior finishes, and site anchoring. Bidders must submit a sealed bid by the deadline, providing required certifications, insurance, bonding, and compliance documents. This is a one‑time purchase with no ongoing service component.
• 48 × 60 ft modular building composed of four 11‑ft‑8‑in × 60‑ft modules with 7 offices, conference room, lobby, and ADA restrooms.
• Detailed construction requirements: outriggers, VCG Type X gypsum, steel‑core interior doors, VCT flooring, roof trusses, HVAC (four 3‑ton units), electrical (four 150‑amp panels, lighting, GFI outlets).
