Landscaping Lobby & Courtyard

The U.S. Embassy in Stockholm is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping services for the lobby and courtyard areas. The scope of work includes removal of existing materials, preparation of planter bed soil layers, installation of automatic drip irrigation systems, and planting of new landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, tools, and materials, as well as ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. The project is expected to be completed within a year. Key features of the project include: • Removal of existing materials and plants from planter beds • Installation of new geotextiles and automatic drip irrigation systems • Planting of new landscaping per plant selections and locations • Creation of gravel bands around planter beds • Installation of new black-painted steel edging • Removal and relocation of existing trees • Preparation of new locations to receive relocated trees
