Kennel Building Construction

The USDA-APHIS-Wildlife Services is seeking a contractor to construct a new kennel building. The building will be a pre-engineered metal building of approximately 3,400 square feet, containing four sections: kennel areas A and B, mud room, and mechanical room. The project includes the installation of a TPO roofing membrane and other features such as wall hooks and benches. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing the necessary materials and equipment. • The building will be constructed on a concrete pad, but the pad is not part of this project. • The contractor will need to provide specifications for the TPO roofing membrane. • The contractor will be responsible for performing inspections required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. • The project does not require landscaping, but the contractor will need to reseed disturbed areas.
